What to Expect from Our Lovely Events

These gentle and inclusive afternoons include:

  • Yoga asana and sun salutations

  • Meditation

  • Light snacks and drinks

  • Restorative and restful yoga

You are guided throughout, with options to adapt the practice to suit your body and energy levels.

The sessions are designed to feel supportive, inclusive and accessible.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, you will be encouraged to move at your own pace and take what you need from the session.

Vicky’s teaching is trauma-informed, nurturing and grounded in traditional yoga practices.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
