Afternoon Retreat - Winter Rest, Reflect & Reset

Rest, Reflect and Reset

Join me for an afternoon of yoga movement, relaxation and connection as we mark this time of year with time to rest.

This mini retreat is an opportunity to pause, move your body, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and welcoming space.

Price: £35 per person early bird tickets (until 31.10.26) then £45

A bit about what to expect:**
Arrival, welcome and settling in with opening guided meditation & breath work
Move the body with gentle transitions that build to a flowing yoga sequence and resting in Yoga Nidra
Break with drinks and light snacks
Time for personal reflection, discussion and (optional) sharing
Restorative Yoga
Closing meditation

What to Expect from Events

These gentle and inclusive afternoons include:

  • Yoga asana and sun salutations

  • Meditation

  • Light snacks and drinks

  • Restorative and restful yoga

You are guided throughout, with options to adapt the practice to suit your body and energy levels.

The sessions are designed to feel supportive, inclusive and accessible.

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, you will be encouraged to move at your own pace and take what you need from the session.

Vicky’s teaching is trauma-informed, nurturing and grounded in traditional yoga practices.

Spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive.
