The Edge Café, Mill Road Cambridge.

Free community yoga at The Edge Café, offering a gentle, slow‑paced Hatha practice in a friendly, relaxed setting. Classes are small and accessible, with chair‑based options available, and booking is essential due to limited space.

The class is open to everyone and especially welcomes those who are new to yoga, returning after a break, in recovery, or supporting a family member. New students are encouraged to arrive a little early to say hello and ask any questions. The practice is taught in a trauma‑aware, choice‑led way, with no expectations about experience, ability, or how yoga should look—just an invitation to move gently, breathe, and be supported.
